Bought this specifically for a trip. After carrying it on my shoulder using the shoulder strap supplied, the side and lower back of my shirts and jeans were extremely dirty as if I leaned on a dirty wall. After checking if it was the bag by rubbing a clean part of my jeans on it and by using it on the return trip this bag stains your clothes. I can only assume it’s caused by the dye in the leather. The bag seems to be built very sturdy but it’s not usable if it makes your clothes filthy as rolling around in a dirty street. It’s also very heavy and being a duffel bag that does not have wheels, it’s exhausting to use for long trips where you need to carry this bag, such as airports. Time to return it and search for something else. Shame, seems like a decent bag otherwise.**Update 6/13/2022** - The seller immediately contacted me in regard to my review. At this point in time, the seller has presented several remedies and their customer service has been exceptional with working with me to rectify this. Based on the prompt communications and suggested remedies, I would definitely work with this seller again as their customer service has been exceptional.**Update 6/18/2022. Seller contacted me again and offered another option but that option was not acceptable and I am returning this bag.**Update 6/20/2022. Seller agin contacted me with a few more options to resolve the situation. My experience with the seller was second to none. They were quick to respond and offered several options. Based on this experience and their top notch customer service I am changing my 1 star to 4 only based on their excellent service but still needed to return the bag.I bought this in preparation for a week-long trip it served my purpose very well and it looks nice when I first got it I thought it was flimsy not durable I was really wrong the packaging was terrific this thing held up very well and I stuffed it for my trip looked nice well madeThe bag was purchased for work airline travel. Durability, size, and quality is perfect for a 3-4 day trip. However, the dyes used on the leather wear off on clothes. Tried to contact seller but no response. They need to pretreat or provide treatment options as the bag is not usable with the shoulder strap.This bag is incredible. It’s sturdy and durable leather body means that it will last for years and years. I love the neat lines on the bag and the character of the natural leather.My husband is obsessed with leather & it looks so luxurious on him. Also, the inner fabric of the bag is top QUALITY. It’s not a thin cheap material like some bags may have.The inner lining is thick and durable.Don’t think about it. Get this bagThe leather is firm and the bag stands on its own. It's not squishy or very flexible so don't try to force it into a smaller space. I expect it to last for years of steady use. It is of high quality and gives a very professional image.I gave this to my son for Christmas. He travels every week for his job. I wasn't sure he would be satisfied with the bag because he is very particular. He's been using it for two months now. I asked him how he likes it and if it is holding up. He said it is holding up very well and it is great.
