Ok, these are VERY lightweight. Which is both good and bad. I just had to look at make sure they were still on my feet -- at good thing at the end of the day. But they are too lightweight for much more than a trip to the supermarket -- no good for yard work or long walks. They don't provide much support, and odd bits of debris seems to have a way of working their way inside. The footbed liner in one of the shoes has started curilng up, and can't be straightened out -- uncomfortable. I don't like that I'm going to have to buy a new insole. For such light weight shoes, these sneakers don't breathe very well. They get damp and clammy feeling pretty easily. But they are very comfortable to wear around the house at the end of the day -- something that makes up for a lot of shortcomings!These shoes are very soft and comfortable. I have plantar facisitis and these feel good on my arch and offer enough support. The uppers are also very soft and pliable so they move with your feet. I wish there was one more set of eyelets so they would lace a little more snug on the top of my instep. Because there are less eyelets than on other sneakers, I have to be careful to not pull too tight on the laces or else they become very tight very fast. The sides and heel seem to be a little higher than on other sneakers too. Overall, I like the shoes, they are very comfortable, offer good support, but I would not buy them again.I have arthritis in both knees. My feet become swollen as the day goes on and I find that the mesh tends to expand to adjust to the swelling. This is the third pair of these I have bought and will more than likely end up with more. They are very lightweight but if you need a very good arch support these may not be for you. I have other sneakers with arch supports but these are just so darn cute.I had this exact same shoe before, but I had to return this pair because I couldn't remember what size shoe I wore and accidently got one that was one size too small for me. With other brands of shoes, I have to get a half size bigger because of how wide my toes are. When I was ordering I couldn't remember what the size difference was. But the first time I had a pair of these shoes they fit perfectly and were by far my fav pair. I used to have slightly flat feet and the arches of these shoes actually helped to correct that. They are also super light which is great if you are into running.This was my first pair of propet shoes and it will also be my last. These shoes were lightweight--which I loved. They were bright and had an okay look. The black "plastic" on the shoe didn't add to the design, but didn't necessarily hurt it either. This ends my positive comment on this shoe.The shoes were unfortunately lacking in arch support and had a shallow heel cup. In addition, when walking, despite having the correct length and width, the shoes began to slide around on my feet as I walked. I couldn't go any more narrow on these shoes without squishing my feet. I also couldn't go shorter as my toes were the proper distance from the front toe box. I tried to use these during a track walk. I lasted 1/2 of a lap before I ran for my car to put on any shoe but these.I have wide, flat feet with flexible arches and these shoes were absolutely awful. If I paid 10 dollars for these shoes, I would have been okay with their poor performance. If I could have returned them, I would have. As it was I gave them to a family member who thought them cute. I hope they don't have the same pain I did. If they do, I fear for their long term health.I have extremely wide feet (usually need EE and have to special order) but my length is only about a 61/2 or 7, so it's nearly impossible to find a shoe that fits well all around. I ordered this in size 7 EE first, but it was just a little too short, so I reordered a 71/2 EE which was perfect!! There was no need to even break in this shoe! It was very comfy immediately and I was especially amazed that I wore them walking long distances around in NYC and had no discomfort! I also love how feather light they are! Propet brand does seem to do a good job with hard to fit problem feet, but even if you have perfect feet, I highly recommend these!It is difficult to find light weight sneakers with a wider toe and still look smart...This one has it all! I purchased it in Silver 9 B and find it comfortable. The great thing about this sneaker is no seams to irritate my feet. The sneaker is made of soft mesh and have liner pad that can be taken out and washed. This sneaker is just what i needed for my next! Thank You, Amazon!Loved these shoes, except the price.I cut and weld often and the material melted. It's not a manufacturing problem, I should not have worn them to work.They are really light weight, and comfy, so if you don't have hot sparks dropping on your feet give them a try.These shoes made it almost 30 days with hot sparks dropping on them before they were trashed, so if you have a normal jobthey should last you for a year or two..Would recommend..
